Ordering

While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of descriptions, specifications, and pricing, errors may occur on occasion. Fluxx Gaming* will be unable to accept your order if this occurs. If we make a mistake, we will contact you with a full explanation and a revised offer. The information displayed is intended to be an invitation to treat rather than a firm offer to sell. The contract is confirmed once the goods are delivered.

Delivery and Returns

Fluxx Gaming*’s returns policy has been designed to keep costs low and the process as simple as possible for you. Before returning any item, you must contact us and obtain a returns authorization (RA) number. Any product that does not have a RA number will not be refund.

Exchange

If you are not completely satisfied with your product(s), you may return them to us within twenty-eight days for an exchange or refund. Once the goods have arrived back with us, returns will take approximately 5 working days to process. Items must be in original packaging, in all original boxes, packaging materials, with manuals, blank warranty cards and all accessories and documents provided by the manufacturer.

The warranty is null and void if our labels are removed from the product.

We strongly advise you to fully insure the package you are returning. We recommend that you use a carrier who can provide you with proof of delivery.

Fluxx Gaming* will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

All shipping back to Fluxx Gaming* is paid for by the customer, unless the item is faulty. We are unable to refund your postal fees.

Any product returned that is not defective can be refunded within the time frame specified above, but will be subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover our administrative costs. Goods found to have been tampered with by the customer will not be replaced and will be returned at the customer's expense.

Non-Returnable

Refunds/exchanges are not available for underwear, swimsuits, or piercing jewellery for hygiene and public health reasons (this does not apply to faulty goods – faulty products will be exchanged like for like).

Discounted or discontinued items can only be returned; no refunds or replacements will be issued.

Incorrect/Damaged Goods

We work extremely hard to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. Please contact us if you did not receive the correct product(s). If the product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible; this will be given special consideration, and you can expect to receive the correct item or a replacement within 72 hours. If you receive incorrect items, all delivery charges will be refunded to your credit/debit card.

Delivery service

We strive to make the delivery process as simple as possible, and we can deliver your order to your home or workplace.

Monday through Friday, delivery times are calculated in working days. If you place your order after 12 p.m., the following working day will be considered the first working day for delivery. Please allow an extra two working days for bank holidays and the Christmas season.

We strive to deliver within three working days, but due to high order volume during peak sales periods, please allow four days before contacting us. If we become aware of an unexpected delay, we will attempt to notify you via email.

All small orders are sent via Royal Mail's 48 hour track and signed service; if you are not present, a card will be left advising you to pick up your goods from your local sorting office.

Each item will be attempted to be delivered one. Failed deliveries after this point can be rearranged with Royal Mail via royalmail.com/redelivery, or you can pick up the package at your local post office collection point.

Privacy Notice

This policy applies to all users who sign up to use the website. It is not necessary to purchase anything in order to use the site's search functions.

Security

We have taken the necessary precautions to ensure that your personal information is not improperly processed. Fluxx Gaming* employs industry-standard practises, such as ‘firewalls' and secure socket layers, to protect the confidentiality of your personally identifiable information.

We request personal information from you during the payment process in order to identify you and communicate with you.

We will only use the information you provide for the purposes listed below.

- To send you newsletters and details of offers and promotions in which we believe you will be interested.

- To improve the website's content design and layout.

- To understand our registered users' interests and purchasing behaviour.

- To carry out other general marketing and promotional activities centred on our products and activities.

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

Fluxx Gaming* controls and operates this site from its offices in the United Kingdom, so please read them carefully. The laws of England and Wales govern any claims relating to this site and its contents, including the use of this site and its materials.

If you choose to access from another country, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for adhering to applicable local laws.

License and Site Access

Fluxx Gaming* grants you a limited licence to access and use this site for personal purposes. This licence expressly prohibits the resale of the site's contents, as well as the collection or sale of products for commercial use. It also prohibits the use of product listings, descriptions, or prices, as well as any derivative use of this site or its contents.
